Lake Nacogdoches today

Took a buddy of mine out for some relaxing fishing this morning. We got a late start and didn't get on the lake til around 8. Got 3 keepers within the first 30 minutes, then they shut down. They were hanging around my bamboo piles in 17-19 ft of water. The lake is about 2 foot low right now and clear. We used chartreuse plastic grubs. The little down twitch motion was the key to triggering any strikes today and pink crappie nibble seemed to help. Here is me with the two biggest.

Yup it's lake Nac. Half the time I can't find them anyway! LOL
